HOW TO SUBMIT AN ONLINE APPLICATION

Complete the online application form following the instructions. |
Step 2: Submitting your Application |
When you have finished, click SUBMIT. Please make sure the system returns you with a reference number. You will need to quote this number in future enquiries.

Step 3: Printing the Final Report |
A Final Report of your application will be displayed. You are strongly advised to print a copy of this report for your future reference and enquiries. Please take note on the terms listed at the end of your report.

Step 4: Sending your Supporting Documents |
Once you have submitted your application online, you should follow it up by sending the supporting documents to the University within 2 weeks (Our address: Office of International Student Exchange, Global Lounge, G/F, Fong Shu Chuen Amenities Centre, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong).

Please quote your full name, name of home institution and application reference number on the documents. |
IMPORTANT NOTES |
- To avoid submitting duplicate applications, please do not click the "BACK" button when filling in the form.
- The online application system will be closed temporarily during 1:00am to 5:00am (HKT) daily for system backup.
