HOW TO SUBMIT AN ONLINE APPLICATION

Step 1: Completing the application form

Complete the online application form following the instructions.

Step 2: Submitting your Application

When you have finished, click SUBMIT. Please make sure the system returns you with a reference number. You will need to quote this number in future enquiries.
  (Note: Any further changes on the information on the application form should be addressed to the Office of International Student Exchange by email at exchange@hku.hk )

Step 3: Printing the Final Report

A Final Report of your application will be displayed. You are strongly advised to print a copy of this report for your future reference and enquiries. Please take note on the terms listed at the end of your report.

Step 4: Sending your Supporting Documents

Once you have submitted your application online, you should follow it up by sending the supporting documents to the University within 2 weeks (Our address: Office of International Student Exchange, Global Lounge, G/F, Fong Shu Chuen Amenities Centre, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong).

Please quote your full name, name of home institution and application reference number on the documents.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • To avoid submitting duplicate applications, please do not click the "BACK" button when filling in the form.
  • The online application system will be closed temporarily during 1:00am to 5:00am (HKT) daily for system backup.
