If you are using Safari, please see the following instruction:

• In Safari, from the Safari menu, select "Preferences...".
• Click the "Security" tab.
• To enable cookies, next to "Accept Cookies:", select the radio button for Always.
• Check the box marked "Block pop-up windows", so it does not have a check mark.
